This is like a high thought, but I feel like some of my autistic traits have been managing my adhd, like my desire for structure and routine makes it harder for me to forget things with all my calendars and reminders and notes. But the depression ๐Ÿ˜ฑ fuck

The depression makes me not want to participate in my routines sometimes or I get stuck in my head and ending up forgetting something or messing up. And Iโ€™ll start thinking really bad thoughts. NOT FUN! (donโ€™t recommend) But when my depression is under control, Iโ€™m pretty functional and content. A bit lonely tho

Yeah and then bc of the depression and associated anxiety u canโ€™t be organized which leads to a self sufficient feedback loop of less organization leading to more anxiety
