Does anyone have advice on how to deal with the nausea or do I just have to wait it out?
Iโ€™m so incredibly happy that this tbreak Iโ€™m not dealing with brain fog, Iโ€™m able to sleep, and I donโ€™t have any urges to use. Downside I canโ€™t eat at all because if I do I just throw it up and this has been going on now for a week. Do I continue it or no

Mint gum/tea, ginger snaps, smelling alcohol wipes, eating cold things, and if you talk to a doctor then zofran and/or Mirtazapine may also help (coming from a chronic nausea girly)
