Start drinking tea. A lot of the feel good brain chemicals result from the terpenes and compounds from the tea

Shrooms break the addiction loops for me. As long as i dont conciously choose to fall back into the habit due to boredom i can live my life without cravings after the trip

I take on and off breaks for tolerance and what helps me is when I get the urge I used blue lotus tea or smoke the herb (hard to find tho) you can also micro dose edibles throughout the day (not quitting but saving your lungs atleast I think )

Chamomille and lavender are both decent if you’re looking for sedation effects. Green tea is pretty nice with the L-theanine and hella antioxidants.
