I live in the north, and a funny story actually is me and my friend both applied to the same medical school. He is a black man with a 2.8 GPA and very little practical experience. I never said you called it black culture, that’s just a nomenclature I’ve heard people say that’s incorrect. Yes the government has responsibility in how they turned out. A lot of modern rappers have made kids idolize drug dealing and gang violence. And of course no one wants to be uneducated and broke, but there is almost a superiority complex in these areas, at least there was where I grew up. People feel the need to flex nonexistent wealth to satisfy their ego that they somehow developed into a complex. This is the CULTURE that developed in these areas. It is a CULTURE, that is an infection. It’s the main thing holding poor people raised in these areas down nowadays.
