Need help think I might be addicted, haven’t smoked for 2 days cortisol is higher, can’t focus. What’s the best way to slow down on weed an lower tolerance without/minor symptoms

If you can just stay strong and completely stop. It will suck for a week but then you will be free and you can consider setting better habits for yourself or give it up. Otherwise focus on reducing dosage then eventually do it every other day then twice a week etc. You got this 🖤 Good luck!
