Do you have any examples I can look up? Just feels like if anyone points a gun at them or threatens them they’d feel like speaking up as to who they are pretty quickly, after that they can pretty much shoot whoever they want

Sure! I would suggest going on TikTok and looking up “ice nc” or something similar. I’ve personally seen videos of a woman standing up to an illegal traffic stop, an elderly lady getting ICE off of her lawn, and massive protests throughout the state. The cities most effected rn are: Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Wilmington, but they’re spreading to other areas as well

Yes the elderly lady gave an interview where she discusses that she had her “personal weapon” (what many people here call their firearm) and the video for that is under the account Maya Eaglin on TikTok. She also recorded the agents on her private property without a warrant and then them getting back into their van and leaving

But there are tons of other examples to see, so I would just look around on similar search patterns on X and TikTok to see first-hand videos and accounts

Ah ok, the post sorta made it sound like people were running off agents by holding them at gunpoint. All for telling agents that they can’t search without a warrant and stuff like that tho

There are, and there’ll be more when ICE goes into more rural areas where more people have firearms but you can’t exactly post guns on the internet without the post getting taken down and reported so while the firearms aren’t in the videos per se as the focus is on the agents to get what they’re doing on film, the viewer still knows that they’re there
