If you follow the funding sources it goes back to the US gov. Particularly anyone citing Daily NK, NK News, Radio Free Asia, 38 North. All US government funded

Bc they don’t identify as North Koreans, it’s a colonial label and partition placed open them by the US. It’s just Korea. Same as how I refuse to refer to the north of Ireland as “Northern Ireland” bc that’s what the British called it when they kept a portion of Irish land to continue occupation. It’s all just Ireland
