No worries. We do know the virus affects different people differently, and there is solid scientific evidence that vaccines do reduce damage done to the body (contrary to what many would tell you). It follows that antivaxxers would take the cognitive hit harder and more often than those who did get the jab, in general. I think in general most of the MAGA folks are following the crowd to find a sense of community, and so fall in line.

I’m not saying it’s always brain damage, of course, but it’s an interesting possible explanation for the radicalization that some have undergone recently

I do think it did something to people’s empathy at large. People seem so much less patient and forgiving nowadays. You see it a lot in customer service situations
