I don’t like being conspiratorial, however after what some Israeli officials started saying following mamdani’s election (encouraging New York Jews to flee), I kind of wonder if what Israel is doing with its rhetoric might be tied to intentionally destabilizing the position of the Jewish diaspora to encourage more immigration into Israel.

Also I feel that some other leftists will deny that there’s any antisemitism involved in pro-Palestine activism and while Israel is absolutely fuckin ridiculous in calling any criticism antisemitism, there can be antisemitic elements and we need to stay aware and vigilant to prevent it from taking a foothold.
