“Everyone is placed into the job that best suits them” according to who? I don’t give a fuck what someone else decides my job should be, I want to be a biologist because that’s what makes me happy, that’s how I think I should help the world, and that’s what *I* think best suits me.

Also “everything is free” is something we cannot have within our current society. We do not live in a post scarcity society. We will not live in one for a very long time. Everything cannot be free. Necessities should be guaranteed at a baseline. But we do not have enough resources for everything to be free.
