Most medicines are but if you cant control it then you ban it. The government can’t control the flow of cocaine or meth on the streets bc it can be homemade unlike Kratom or other addictive substances that is used in pharmaceutical products

I mean cocaine isn’t homemade, but it seems like the government doesn’t have a handle on it. I’m not sure if Kratom can be homemade here because I don’t know if the mitragyna [?] plants can be grown in the US

I think acid should be fully legal but Kratom shouldn’t be personally, acid generally isn’t considered addictive and also is not an opioid

There are many legal drugs that are opioids that i dont agree with tbf. We just need stronger regulations on certain drugs which we already have pretty strict laws but still abuse and deaths still occur.

Well yeah cocaine isnt but it also comes from countries we dont really like so thats another part of why it illegal. Im talking more of weed and stuff of that nature.
