recently watched WeHateTheCold travel through Iraq and Iran recently… it was eye-opening, every person he interacted with was kind and respectful. it was beautiful. granted, he is a white man and I wouldn’t get that same treatment as a white woman, but it’s still so crazy how the war machine brainwashed us into thinking it’s a vicious hellhole out there…
