Clearly you didn’t. He moved in front of the car while she was turning her wheel far right to avoid hitting him. Then he shot her (murder, not acceptable use of lethal force). Stop excusing their behavior, they don’t gaf about you

AND as she’s driving away she didn’t hit him anyway. So regardless of where he was standing he was in absolutely no danger.

her front tires were turned away from him, he was walking around the scene, and the shots came in through her side window, the only bullet that hit the windshield clearly entered from the side. They told her to leave and she was complying.

Ngl. I feel like he decided he was going to use his firearm the moment he put himself into his position. Anyone that has been around police work should know to never put themselves into this position. However, his actions in the gunfight I think were what anyone would do in response to that. Breaking it down second by second and placing yourself there makes you understand the split decision making he made. But he seriously fucked up his duties by even allowing this to happen

While I agree lethal force was not necessary, it’s easy to say after the fact with the video where the car was going. Unfortunately the officer perception trumps the intention of the driver
