I mean, probably not tbh. There were three main copying hubs in the early Church, Rome, Alexandria(Egypt), and Constantinople (Anatolia/ Greece). Each has different cultural influences and largely independent Christian religious communities (Catholic, Orthodox, and Coptic respectively) so we can get really close to the original texts by checking the textual traditions against each other and determine the original content.
