actually all you have to do is pay all of their politicians to completely decredit them as a country and turn it into a joke and then force them to use all of their weapons on another country leaving the U.S. pretty vulnerable

it would be good too if fairly early onto their presidency, the president turned most allies away from the country, so that in the event of a war, we likely would have less aid especially from places nearby like canada and mexico
