It is completely accepted for members of the public to criticize one another for how they choose to exercise their rights, including their 5th Amendment rights. It just cannot be weighed by the jury at trial.

Idk, I think it should be allowed for the court of public opinion to have its say seeing that he received a blanket pardon. I find it particularly suspicious he didn’t answer ANY questions given that some were very generic and some were rather concerning. Most of the argument presented wasn’t even that he had inconsistent info bc they said they fr only want an apology for that, their concern is how much extra money he tried to make for himself

“How much extra money he tried to make for himself?” How? What extra money? Crypto scams? Diverting PPE cargo and pocketing sales profits? Oh wait, that was Kushner. As long as everyone is held to the same standards starting at the top.

I’m not exactly sure, it was just vaguely mentioned in the hearing. That’s my point, I find it odd he didn’t respond at all to it to possibly clarify to it or something
