well you register to vote in colorado with proof of citizenship. for me, that was registering at the DMV at the same time I got my license (Colorado used to have a law where 17 year olds could vote in the primary, and I got my license at 17). and once you register to vote? you’re on the Mail In Ballot list. You get EVERY ballot for EVERY election through the mail.
