mammon being money doesn’t correlate to a single thing here? if there’s anyone who worships money in this country it’s the democratic party. all they do is tax and tax so they can spend our money on trans or gay activism in other countries. not defending maga since a 1.5 trillion dollar budget for the DoD is insane but at least my moneys not going to that other stuff😭

uhhhh… don’t think that’s what happened buddy. first of all pilate wasn’t “king of romans” he wasn’t even white. he was a governor. second of all the trial went like this, pharisees: crucify this man! he claims to be the messiah and my messiah wouldn’t call money evil! pilate: no. pharisees: every jew will withhold his taxes and revolt. pilate after conferring with his advisor trying to not cause revolt: i guess wtv idc.

You don’t think the party that has already defrauded regular americans of billions of dollars through stock market manipulation and crypto scams, and which is entirely run by rich people (who inherently worship money) worship money? they mean was not / is not. also he was literally killed by the Roman government. the story of the mob deciding between him and the other guy named Jesus was pretty blatantly a later addition to the gospel, that coincided with Christianity becoming part of the Roman establishment (hence they need to make scripture less critical of Rome)

that’s not what i’m talking about… his execution was carried out by the roman government after a witch hunt from the jews. that’s undeniable fact. the jews were the ones pressing for jesus’ prosecution by the roman’s, the romans legitimately could not care less and even pilate himself had made it known he believed jesus did not deserve his judgment.
