yes you literally can? contempt for the less fortunate is literally a fundamental aspect of American conservatism ideology. hatred of the poor is literally their main ideological tenet alongside racism and evangelical extremism. The entire economic aspect of conservatism is literally about giving all the money to rich people and letting poor people, sick people, disabled people etc. go hungry.
