Trump does not want 1/5 of Lebanon. He’s ALLOWED Israel to take it. If Trump said no, it wouldn’t happen. Every extreme measure Israel does or wants to do runs through American approval. Israelis want to be independent, this isn’t a secret. Ben Gvir and his posse AND Naftali Bennet talk about it all the time. Why would Israel’s biggest government extremists AND the PM’s opposition leader lie about their own government being an extension of America’s power? It’s a fact lol

Why is it so hard for you to grasp that it’s beneficial to Trump to have a man who’s the PM of a powerful country remain in power due to his subversion to the American government? Yes, it directly benefits Trump to keep Bibi out of jail when he’s basically the only one left in the Israel government that advocates for the continued advanced collaboration with the US in almost every regard

so "doing its own thing" applies to getting all the way to beirut but stops at attacking beirut. very very very curious! just so so curious how things work here in your world. and yes israel definitely hasnt annexed the west bank that its occupied since like 1970 solely because trump is so uniquely ballsy and tough in the years hes been president between 2017 and 2020 but you can ignore the biden years bc that was worthless but also the trump effect still in and now from 2025 to 2026.

Israel is America’s bitchboy. Not the other way around. Always been. But having someone in charge (Trump) who lets Israel get what they want to 10% of the time will get better cooperation than someone in charge who doesn’t let Israel get to do anything they want.
