 Oh btw my friend told me two of his friends were taken by ice and nobody has seen or heard from them in 3 months bc they simply refuse to allow anyone to get in contact with them. We’re just talking about the government kidnapping people just casually now

Lemme elaborate on what I mean by they’re refusing to allow anyone to get in contact: Their parents called up ice and said “please let me speak to my kid” but apparently they need an a-number (or some identification number). So the parents say “ok great. Can you tell me the number?” “…no”. So unless you’re at the scene of the raid and happen to overhear their a-numbers, you’re shit out of luck and never hearing from your loved ones again I guess

I just feel at a loss. I don’t know how angry I’m supposed to be about this. I know this is meant to overwhelm and demoralize me but fuck man it’s working.

Idk, that’s what my friend told me their parents went through. Leading them in circles like that is equally fucked up as just saying “no they can’t take calls” tbh
