If God did it, it is good. That is my measure of morality.

And sometimes being a Christian doesn’t provide you moral clarity as much as you’d like But that doesn’t mean that God is bad. It just means that God chose to hide something from you for a reason.

buddy God told Moses to slaughter the entirety of a people, then Moses was like “ok i did it” and God said “why are the babies alive” and then commanded Moses to kill the babies and children EXCEPT for the ones of child-bearing age who had not yet “laid with man” … so essentially murdered all babies and children except for the ones they could take as child sex slaves, then God told him to halve the sex slaves he got and give half to the church and take the rest for himself and his people… so yea

@#2 in OP’s defense, Those are writing about God written by some person from 2000+ years ago. Maybe probably it’s more of what you make of it

No often times God did cause deaths for various purposes Other times he commanded deaths on his behalf.

And so I don’t think there is anyway that you could disprove it and I think that’s a feature not a bug

Yeah but like… that characterizes God in a particularly evil way and kinda sets a precedent for the rest of the writings about him.
