Our generation has to do more than just complain. We have to legit get into politics and encourage others as well. If the Democratic party isn’t “Progressive” enough, get in there and change it. Thats a very tangible thing.

Easy in theory, extremely difficult in practice. The system is designed to push out progressive candidates before they even have a chance to make substantial change

Its not meant to be easy, however in the 60s there were many Democrats who felt the Civil Rights movement was moving too fast or too progressive, however through rallying communities to exercise their right to vote and going against voter apathy, they were able to get many new Black members into positions. Since then there has not been a positive cause in this country that has sparked a legitimate fire for people to rally and go in and change a party. Outside of the bullshit with MAGA
