The onion hasn’t successfully bought infowars. And infowars can still report factual things occasionally but the fact that you use it as a source shows that you cannot readily distinguish what is factual and what is not. It is like basing your political beliefs off of AI Facebook memes. Can they be correct? Yes. But they usually are not and basing your beliefs off of them invalidates your positions.
