There are many examples of atrocities committed by the military. There’s even a whole Wikipedia page dedicated to United States war crimes.

Atrocities aren’t equivalent to terrorism. I’m not disagreeing with that, but I’m asking how specifically is it terroristic as opposed to imperialistic or otherwise?
