All of them, 1) conservative politics, 2) women getting tired of capitalism and misplacing the blame on feminism, and 3) kinda goes hand in hand with the first one

yeah it’s a mix of things. it’s kind of a sister movement to the very left “cottagecore” folks people are just kind of fed up with fast living, shallow pursuits and pervasive screens. there’s an appeal to just sort of focusing on the home and taking the time to do things yourself and do them well

It certainly seems a mix of those three things and a couple other related issues. This question was still incredibly thought-provoking. The people who put forth the need for tradwives should be laughed at, but learning why that conversation occurs is certainly interesting to ponder.

Mix of 1 and 3. If anything I think economic conditions would drive a trend of wives working outside the home
