They still have more than half their missile launchers they can move them in and out of tunnels at a moment’s notice

They don’t have a navy that’s at all comparable to ours, but the shipping and insurance companies really don’t feel like taking chances (understandably). And Iran still has plenty of areas to launch drones from, so the “no military” seems pretty exaggerated
