I don’t think you can, no. The way Minecraft works is it has two version. Minecraft Java, the original, and Minecraft bedrock, which is what became of pocket edition. Java is the one you can modify for free. Bedrock is the one that is on the computer, console, and phone. Bedrock was designed to function with pretty much any device.

I can see if I still have bedrock tho and we can just play on that. The reason I prefer Java, tho, is because it’s a lot easier and cheaper to play multiplayer on.
