Dogmatic is saying your way is the only right way (so saying you only take Marxists seriously). Idealists and ideologues are different

Im not even against marxism just the mindset of not taking anyone else seriously. But marxism seems to fit within these definitions even if Marx didn’t want to call it an ideology.

According to Marxism the world isn’t simply explained by either determinism or idealism. It’s both and it’s dialectical. So how can you be a Marxist and not follow idealism?

Says the most dogmatic take of all time: “It’s not dogmatic”

Marxism is explicitly not idealist. Idealism and materialism contradict each other. Idealism says ideas come first then material reality. Materialism says material conditions come first then ideas.

Yeah don’t trust AI on this one lmao. It’s a scientific framework that takes into consideration that things are always changing, not a fixed ideology

The problem is the institutions exist within liberalism and Marxism goes a step further than liberalism and therefore the existing institutions

Marxism is dialectic therefore it’s not “not idealist”. It’s complex and part of that complexity is idealism
