Correct. Do you believe the trump admin has the right to violate the constitution to do so? Do you believe ice has the right to beat people they’ve detained despite facing no threat to themselves or others? If so pls let me know what laws give the administration those powers

If they broke the law and it’s obvious that they broke the law, why not give them due process, something illegal immigrants are entitled to according to the 5th amendment?
