They probably already have. And odds are, we’ll never know about it. Illegal immigrants are some of the easiest victims of crimes, especially human trafficking. And right now, what are they going to do? Go to the police? If they think ICE took them and they’re illegal too, they won’t expose themselves. Or if they do think it wasn’t, they risk being taken away by actual ICE.
