Nobody is calling for the eradication of minorities, we would just like to be able to live in a country where people value American culture and speak the common language

Literally many people on the right are calling for the eradication of minorities, you just pretend not to see it

1. We don’t have a national language despite trumps temper tantrum about it 2. America is and has been fucking people over all over the world since our creation, no shit some people aren’t gonna be all pro American culture all the time

Eradication? No. Deportation to their home countries?

1. Objectively false now, but even before this designation we have a singular language that we use on road signs, buildings and public transportation. I think being able to interact in that language is integral to living and assimilating to our culture

2. I’m not suggesting people need to be nationalistic, as I believe the ability to criticize the government you live under is absolutely a reason many people immigrate to the United States. I’m saying that if you’re going to leave your home country, why would you come to the United States if you hate it?

Oh my b, looks like you’re right on that. I was mixing it up with one of his other vanity projects that’s still illegal / not official.

You need to be able to use some English if you’re a licensed driver but otherwise no, we have pockets of different cultures and languages, thats part of what makes our country to special. What tf do we gain from the government forcing homogeneity?

And to your second point, thats how hegemony works. We degrade the stability of most weaker countries so we can better extract resources and secure high ish standards of living for our own citizens. It’s what we’re doing in Venezuela rn and what we’ve done to countless resource rich countries before that. Is it so hard to believe that some of those people want that high quality of life too and still dislike the us?
