Today the Supreme Court will decide whether or not they will hear a case deciding on if same-sex marriage should be recognized. It’s been legalized for only a decade. As a country, we are slowly losing our rights. We should all be pissed. It has to go through 2 consecutive judicial conferences. This will be the first. They’ll either decide after this one to not hear the case or they’ll take it into the next conference and then announce whether they are taking up the case and which questions they will consider (the petition is asking three different constitutional questions, the 3rd question is whether gay marriage is protected by the constitution)
