Funny he was never actually brought to trial or found guilty of rape.

He literally fled the state and died a fugitive. The situation was so bad that Acton’s mother was stripped of legal custody of her and her brother.

Fleeing the state doesn't mean they drop all state charges. Mangione was arrested in Pennsylvania, even though the crime was committed in New York. Doesn't work that way.

He also died like 15 years later.

That’s wrong dude died a wanted fugitive. The charges were only dropped because he died before they could find him

You mean to tell me they couldn't find a wanted child rapist in the state next door after 15 years? Yeah okay.

? So you’re saying because they didn’t find him he must have not done it & she was lying at the age of 12 about being raped by her step dad for 3 years? Let me guess you also think her mom lost custody just because

It isn't hard to find someone and take them to trial, especially after he had already been arrested and indicted. They had all of his personal info by that point.

It’s not the police’s job to decide who is innocent and who is guilty. That’s the point of a trial. So them not finding the father was just ineptitude or carelessness on the police’s part.

You can’t really be this stupid 😭😭. So every time someone who’s a wanted fugitive doesn’t get found it’s because they’re really innocent is an insane statement. About 44% of murders go unsolved each year… why do you think that is? It’s because it’s harder to find people who don’t want to be found then you think it is

Wait and you using Mangione as an example is funny too, because it helps show that law enforcement is more occupied with protecting the elite and status quo rather than civilians—even children.

The Jack the Ripper victims just spontaneously did that clearly

It was during the 80s and before there was a centralized CPS network. I don’t care if you despise Amy Acton and think she is the Antichrist. Her and her brother were brutalized by her mother and stepfather and no one should have to relive that trauma.
