Unfortunately, Border Patrol has jurisdiction within 100 miles of the border. This “border” includes the edges of the US that have only an ocean within 100 miles of them. And since so many major cities are near water, upwards of 150M (maybe even 200M?) are within BP jurisdiction

Bro, this “Obummer” angle doesn’t work, and it wasn’t swing states, whole country. You need to be a citizen to vote, even in cases of no Voter ID laws, you literally need an ID to register in the first place
