At this point I think democrats should let Trump remain in office then prosecute him in 2029 once he’s out of office. If they allow Vance to take office he’ll pardon Trump. I also don’t like the idea of what Vance could do in office.

It’s possible but the Supreme Court would probably side against him. They just sided against him in an attempt to deploy troops to Illinois
