Either the respective disinfo campaigns are incredibly effective. Or the extreme ends of discourse in America are really that fucking dumb and ingrained with tunnel vision/selection bias.

At the end of the day it’s both. The Russians in particular are incredibly good at influence operations, combined with the core of MAGA just being so goddamn stupid. And the reverse for western far leftists and CCP disinformation
