If you have ever called someone on the left a single issue voter, you are probably just afraid to reevaluate your beliefs, or afraid to admit your candidate's silence on an issue is itself a position

People can be a single issue voter on any side of the political spectrum depending on where that issue tends to fall. No one is exempt from the possibility of being a single issue voter.

I feel like more people are single-issue on the right because of being Pro-Life

You're missing the point. When a liberal calls a leftist a single issue voter, it's not because the leftist is truly fixated on a single issue. It's because that issue is so far reaching and a candidate's inability to address it tells you everything about who they are.

This is why I specifically said "on the left". But also I think it is reductive to label a pro lifer a single issue voter. There are very few people on the right who are truly fixated on one issue such as abortion, even if it seems like they are.
