Noticing how right wing people on this page typically just rage bait while left wing tend to discuss actual political items. Almost as if the left wing is being informed whereas the right refuses to take time to be informed or learn.
That’s not true. Left wing rages too easily and don’t know how to take a joke. And any meaningful debate I try to have with yall gets downvoted or reported. So it’s pointless

I've had productive conversations on here as a right winger but a lot of the people on here are only deserving of being ragebaited

well I respect you for having productive conversations. I know this is yik yak but it’d be great if this was utilized in a more productive manner.

I think there is sensitivity on both sides. Hopefully your viewpoint of those with altering views isn’t based solely on internet interactions.

Yeah I agree I feel like its only really possible when both sides come into it open minded to compromise though, and there are both ideals that I would not compromise in politics and ideals that the left would not.

For sure. It’s just tough when the president sparks further divide.

Again I agree I don't really think we need more division in politics at all

Appreciate this calm, collected conversation between two human beings 🤝

Politics will always be divisive because it directly affects people’s lives and livelihoods. If one side supports allowing unborn babies to be killed before birth, then I can’t in good conscience pretend to be neutral or casually civil about it.

Well yes we've already addressed that there are ideals both sides won't be willing to compromise on. It's just that we don't need more ideals like this. Bipartisan compromise is healthy for democracy

That’s like you getting being confused why I’m not being cordial and crashing out after Hitler and Jeffrey Epstein joins my table for lunch. If you can be civil then you never truly believed or you’re not affected in whatever you are talking about

I understand your take. Abortion is obviously a very triggering topic. I am not pro-killing babies. I am pro-choice for a mother who may need a procedure to save her life or whatever the circumstance may be.

I disagree with this second take. You can be civil yet still passionate. Emotional maturity and being professional can help. Now of course, there will be more passionate conversations at times, but I don’t feel the need to have to yell in your face on every topic.

Might possibly be the stupidest thing I’ve ever read in my entire life. And the fact that you’re probably OP and posted anonymously because you though that post was clever is so sad

Chill out, man.

What?

Dude read the screenshot in context of OPs post. It clearly shows that left wingers also rage bait, in contrast to OPs claim. Think before you respond dummy
