
In all fairness, that rule doesn't exactly go against the 2nd amendment by itself. Thats a reasonable restriction going by the "time, place, and manner" rule given in the constitution. The part thats unconstitutional is that it was never written into law by our legislature, it's completely an executive branch decision. A lot would argue that this level of power is necessary to running a government though, its not as cut and dry of an unconstitutional gun rule as schemes like FOIDs or ERPOs
