ignoring L v R, what moron would fight for a deregulation of the free market today? even with the few regulations we have, companies are monopolizing, cutting corners, and outsourcing labor. it would be idiotic to fight for less regulation.

These companies are going to lesser regulated economies, it’s pretty easy to have a high tariff entry barrier and allow for your national markets to be free fixed the issue of outsourcing labor while also keeping the economy deregulated.

Also the current approach we have right now does nothing to stop monopolization and cutting corners, deregulated economies innovate more and provide more goods for cheaper, worse products get beaten out in free market.
