i mean slurs are considered offensive and offensive language or threats, especially toward racial and religious minorities, usually raises concern for someone’s safety, so most physical encounters beyond that will look at the provocateur… who woulda been the one threatening to burn the Quran to a crowd of people in an attempt to disrupt their peace and provoke them - it just didn’t go the way that they imagined it 🤷🏼‍♀️
