Tell me one reason I shouldn't vote for Platner when not doing so would legitimately risk the continuation of an awful senator who supported both a rapist in the senate AND in WH, continues removing the rights of women. Platner is 1000x better than Trump

I’m not really caught up so forgive me if I’ve misunderstood the bits and pieces I’ve heard, didn’t Platner SA people too? If nothing else, that seems like a pretty hard limit on the lesser evil principle to me.

Got you king/queen/monarch: Moral consistency. We cannot complain about Trump being a rapist Nazi if we then elect a.. rapist Nazi. Ideally, Platner drops out and a better candidate takes his place, but if not vote 3rd party! Voting on party lines is how we get Fettermans 🫩

It’s reported yes, but Collin’s vote for kavanaugh resulted in the direct result of Roe v Wade and she openly supported Trump despite him being a court determined sexual assault predator. Collins is significantly worse hands down

I do agree that the timing and circumstances are suspicious, but that’s what the investigative process and court system is for. If Platner was truly better than Collins he would drop out to make way for a less problematic candidate instead of potentially losing this election and letting the MAGA crowd get a decent victory over the left and making them all bold again yk
