How is giving kids free lunch even controversial? I’ve met so people irl who would rather fight me than support giving kids or anyone else, like the homeless free food even when it’s not coming out of their own pockets

Just let the kids eat bro tf. Why is that controversial. Yeah you might pay a little more in taxes. But there are fewer children starving. Like I genuinely cannot comprehend why anybody would have a problem with that
