 Everything is true except for the island thing. Children really are testing positive in ice facilities right now. They’ve nationalized the child slave trade. This will go down in history as some of the most evil shit anyone has ever done.

I think there’s a possibility of both. I don’t see any evidence (or even allegations in the news) that ICE is raping detainees in this case. The article I read does mention that some have been raped while making their way to the US
