There’s a certain point in Jonathan David Ross (the ICE agent who killed a US citizen)’s video where roughly just before he gets in front of the car he swaps his cellphone to his other hand because his service weapon is in the hand he begins filming with.

Oh I see. I knew about the murder and saw the agent POV but I guess I didn’t think too much about that moment in particular. You’re saying he intended to use violence even before she tried to leave? I wouldn’t be surprised at this point

Someone on TikTok called this out, I actually haven’t watched the footage myself but probably will later. It’s not a smoking gun that he was intending to shoot in this instance, but it feels important
