not only that, i’ll give you personal anecdote. my partner has been looking for a job for 2 years in the field of technology. anything at all. he expanded to jobs outside of his field. he’s never been late, never called in, never been fired, has incredible references, and is extremely hardworking. he has applied to over 20 jobs every single day for those two years. he finally got a decent job & became an AGM within weeks at a new location. still, Sam’s Club won’t even hire him as a deli slicer
