La in general really fucking hates them. But if cars are being burned, best case scenario is the car owned by a multi billion dollar corporation with no driver.

I have no clue. I assume they wanted to cause destruction to the Capitol in any way possible, especially abhorrent ways that showed their disregard for the government. That’s the only explanation I can come up with for pissing and shitting on the walls of the Capitol
