This isn’t even new. There has been other cases like this that have been consistently happening since august at least. ICE has gone against habeas corpus and against judges’ rulings SO MANY TIMES. They genuinely are completely acting outside the law. They have been breaking laws constantly and nothing has been done at all.

Well you’re married so your last name is different between documents. Go to your county’s orphan court and get yourself the marriage license, NOT THE CERTIFICATE, so we can prove you actually did change your last name”
