i can say much about american capitalism. and they treat ppl horribly. but i think walmart is crazy still. u can get ur tires rotated, opiods, socks, a tv, a manicure, lunch, and groceries in one building. thats actually crazy and brilliant 😭

oh brother. im saying that the american capitalist export is primarily convenience. it started as just a grocery store. if i wanted to make a fuck ton of money to be able to exploit people and open a company town (bentonville arkansas) and was the first one to put all those things together to make things convenient and cheap for the average american. thats quite a smart way to do it. dont get me wrong i think they are awful ppl. but i can admit that their business model is incredibly smart.
